How does the Bee Hive partner application work?
You fill in the form with your details, partner type, social channels, motivation and target audience. MUSKLE manually reviews whether Bee Hive fits your profile. Upon approval you will receive your application reference / approval code by email to use Part 04. Your full partner page content follows later in the partner environment.
Who is Bee Hive for?
For coaches, trainers, creators, clubs, teams, wellness profiles and other community partners who want to recommend MUSKLE products professionally — without building or managing their own webshop.
Is it free to join?
Yes. There are no setup fees and no monthly fees for your Bee Hive partner page. You earn partner commission when sales happen via your partner route at MUSKLE.
Is approval automatic?
No. Every application is reviewed manually and approval is not guaranteed. Upon approval you will receive your application reference / approval code by email for Part 04. MUSKLE considers brand fit, professionalism and target audience among other factors.
How long does review take?
It varies per application. After submitting, MUSKLE reviews your details. If we have follow-up questions, we will contact you. Do not plan on a fixed timeline — a complete or incomplete application can affect turnaround time.
Do I need to choose a template now?
You indicate in the form which template appeals to you (or that you are not sure yet). You confirm the final choice after approval. Browse the demos on the template overview page first.
What information should I have ready?
Name, email, phone, partner name, country/market, partner type, template preference, social channels (brief), motivation, target audience and which MUSKLE products or categories fit you. Bank or payout details do not belong in this form.
How do I fill in my social channels?
List your main channels or handles in the Social profiles / channels field. Full profile URLs are added later in the partner environment. No website or webshop links in this form.
What is the difference from affiliate?
Affiliate is mainly about sharing a link. Bee Hive is your own partner page within MUSKLE with your story, community context and product selection. Checkout, payment and fulfilment stay with MUSKLE.
What if my application is declined?
Then Bee Hive is not a fit for your profile or situation at this time. You can reapply later if something meaningful changes. MUSKLE is not required to share detailed reasons for a decline.
What if no demo template fits?
Choose one of the live demo templates or indicate you are not sure yet. No demo fits? Mention that briefly in your motivation. Extra or custom templates are not publicly available at this time.
What does MUSKLE handle after approval?
MUSKLE handles checkout, payment, inventory, fulfilment, order support and product information. You share your partner route, build trust with your community and earn commission on tracked sales via your route.
Before you submit a Bee Hive partner application, you need a standard MUSKLE account. Use the same email address as your MUSKLE account when applying.
A MUSKLE account does not automatically grant partner status. MUSKLE reviews every partner application manually.
